How to Reset BIOS Notebook


All BIOS settings, including password has been saved by using the CMOS battery the size of coins.

In principle, to do this we need to reset the BIOS to decide all the electrical power supply as well as USB and laptop batteries, and then let the battery disconnected until 10-30 minutes before we put it back.

BIOS DELL Laptop.
If the notebook brand DELL, simply by opening the cover and remove the CMOS battery, and remove the laptop battery. Let stand a few minutes later plug it in again.
Well, the BIOS is back to default settings and passwords will also be deleted as well.


BIOS ACER Laptop.
Simply unplug the power supply (power supply), open the notebook battery and let sit a few minutes.

There is also a laptop that uses the BIOS RESET jumper. These jumpers are usually located in the vicinity of the CMOS battery and labeled CLR, CLEAR, CLEAR CMOS, and so on.

BIOS Lapto BenQ or Byon.
Open the cover and then remove the jumper and turn on the notebook. Then turn off the notebook again and then reinstall jumper.

There are even some laptops that provide the reset button to reset the BIOS. Usually the button at the bottom of the notebook
